Hi, I’m an Engineering Manager with over 16 years of experience in the software industry.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse domains, including Telecom, Licensing & Inventory, and Construction. Every role has taught me something new, not just about technology, but about people, collaboration, and the importance of building solutions that make a real difference.

At my core, I’m someone who enjoys solving problems. Whether it’s a complex technical challenge, improving the way teams work together, or helping an engineer navigate the next step in their career, I find purpose in making things a little better than they were before.

Leadership, for me, is about creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and do meaningful work. Some of the most rewarding moments in my career have come from mentoring others, watching them gain confidence, and celebrating their successes.

I’m also a lifelong learner. I enjoy taking on new challenges, exploring emerging technologies, and continuously evolving both as an engineer and as a leader. Every experience brings a new perspective, and I believe there’s always something valuable to learn.
